Thank you for choosing Big Fun Party Company! We want your event to be fun, safe, and stress-free. Please review the following rental policies before booking our Mobile Carnival Games Trailer.

1. Reservations and Payment

• A reservation is confirmed once the required deposit or payment has been received and the booking has been approved by Big Fun Party Company.
• Full payment must be made by the deadline specified in your booking confirmation.
• The customer is responsible for reviewing the rental details, event date, rental period, delivery location, and selected services before completing the reservation.
• Additional fees may apply for changes to the event location, rental period, or services requested after booking.

2. Delivery, Setup, and Access

• Big Fun Party Company will coordinate delivery, placement, and pickup arrangements with the customer before the event.
• The customer must provide a safe, accessible, and suitable location for the trailer.
• The delivery area must have sufficient space for the tow vehicle, trailer maneuvering, positioning, and safe guest access.
• The customer must disclose any access restrictions, including narrow driveways, low-hanging branches, overhead wires, steep slopes, soft ground, gates, or other obstacles.
• The customer is responsible for obtaining any required venue approvals, permits, or property-owner permissions.
• Big Fun Party Company reserves the right to refuse setup if the location is unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable for the trailer.

3. Rental Period and Event Schedule

• The rental period and scheduled delivery and pickup times will be confirmed during booking.
• The customer must ensure that the event location is accessible at the agreed delivery and pickup times.
• Extensions or changes to the rental period must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges.
• Delays caused by the customer, venue access restrictions, or event scheduling conflicts may result in additional fees where applicable.

4. Safe Use and Guest Supervision

• The Mobile Carnival Games Trailer and its games must be used only for their intended purposes and in accordance with instructions provided by Big Fun Party Company.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Guests must follow all posted safety rules and instructions provided by Big Fun Party Company staff.
• Running, roughhousing, climbing on equipment, misuse of games, and other unsafe behavior are prohibited.
• Guests must not move, modify, disconnect, or attempt to repair any equipment.
• Food, drinks, smoking, and other activities that could damage or interfere with the equipment may be restricted.
• Big Fun Party Company may suspend or stop an activity if unsafe conditions or behavior arise.

5. Attendants and Staffing

• Any attendants included with the rental will provide the services described in the customer’s booking confirmation.
• Attendants may assist with game instructions, guest participation, and general game operations.
• Attendants are not a substitute for parental supervision or the customer’s responsibility to supervise children and manage the overall event.
• The customer must provide a responsible event contact who is available throughout the rental period.
• Additional staffing requests must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges.

6. Weather and Outdoor Events

• The customer is responsible for selecting an appropriate event location and monitoring weather conditions.
• Operations may be delayed, suspended, or canceled if severe weather, lightning, high winds, heavy rain, flooding, or other conditions create an unsafe environment.
• Big Fun Party Company will make the final determination regarding whether the trailer and games can be operated safely.
• The customer must follow all instructions to stop play, clear the activity area, or suspend operations when directed.
• Weather-related rescheduling, credits, refunds, or other adjustments will be handled in accordance with the cancellation and weather terms provided at booking.

7. Damage, Loss, and Misuse

• The customer is responsible for ensuring that guests use the trailer and games properly.
• The customer may be held responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for damage or loss caused by the customer, guests, or event participants through misuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, or violation of the rental terms.
• The customer must promptly report any damage, malfunction, or safety concern to Big Fun Party Company.
• Customers and guests must not attempt to repair or disassemble equipment.
• Charges for repair, replacement, cleaning, or missing equipment may apply when supported by the circumstances and permitted by law.
• Normal wear and tear and equipment issues not caused by the customer or guests will not automatically be charged to the customer.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellation requests must be submitted directly to Big Fun Party Company.
• Deposits, cancellation fees, refunds, and rescheduling eligibility are governed by the cancellation terms provided during booking.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
• Big Fun Party Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability for an alternative date.
• If Big Fun Party Company must cancel a booking because the equipment is unavailable or conditions prevent safe operation, the company will communicate available rescheduling or refund options in accordance with the booking terms and applicable law.

9. Equipment Malfunctions

• If a game or piece of equipment malfunctions, the customer must stop its use and notify Big Fun Party Company immediately.
• Customers must not attempt repairs or continue using equipment that may be unsafe.
• Big Fun Party Company will make reasonable efforts to address reported issues.
• If a material equipment failure significantly affects the rental, any applicable adjustment will be handled in accordance with the booking terms and applicable law.

10. Cleanliness and Site Conditions

• The customer must keep the trailer and surrounding activity area reasonably clean and free of hazards during the event.
• The customer must ensure that guests dispose of trash properly and do not intentionally damage or deface the equipment.
• Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess, spills, or damage beyond ordinary use, as permitted by the booking terms and applicable law.
• The customer must notify Big Fun Party Company of any site conditions that could create a hazard before setup begins.

11. Liability and Responsibility

• The customer is responsible for providing a reasonably safe event environment and ensuring that guests follow the applicable safety rules.
• Participation in carnival games involves ordinary risks associated with physical activity and game play.
• Nothing in this policy eliminates or limits any rights, duties, or liabilities that cannot legally be waived or limited.
• Any separate rental agreement, assumption-of-risk document, or liability waiver must be reviewed and accepted as applicable to the booking.

12. Right to Suspend or Terminate Use

Big Fun Party Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate game operations if:

• Guests engage in unsafe or abusive behavior.
• Equipment is being misused or damaged.
• Weather or site conditions become unsafe.
• The customer fails to follow reasonable safety instructions.
• Continued operation presents a risk to guests, staff, or property.

Any resulting charges or refunds will be determined under the booking terms and applicable law.

13. Acceptance of Rental Policy

By booking the Mobile Carnival Games Trailer, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agree to these rental policies, along with the applicable booking confirmation and rental agreement.
