Thank you for choosing Big Fun Party Company for your foam party! Please review the following rental policies to help ensure a fun, safe, and successful event.

1. Rental Package and Included Items

The Foam Machine Rental package includes:

• One foam machine.
• Foam solution packets in the quantity specified in the booking.
• One bucket.

Optional inflatable pools may be available for an additional rental fee, subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for verifying that all included items are present at delivery or pickup and reporting any missing or damaged items promptly.

2. Reservation and Payment

• Reservations are confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received and the booking has been approved by Big Fun Party Company.
• Full payment must be completed by the deadline stated in the booking confirmation.
• Customers must provide accurate event details, including the event date, location, rental period, and delivery or pickup arrangements.
• Changes to a reservation must be approved by Big Fun Party Company and may result in additional charges.

3. Setup and Operating Location

• The foam machine must be operated in a suitable, well-ventilated area with adequate space for foam production and guest activities.
• Outdoor operation is recommended unless Big Fun Party Company has approved the proposed indoor location.
• The machine must be positioned on a stable, level surface in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Keep the machine, electrical connections, plugs, and cords protected from water and foam unless the equipment is specifically designed and approved for the conditions.
• Electrical connections must be suitable for the equipment and protected by appropriate ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) protection where required.
• Extension cords, if permitted by the manufacturer, must be appropriately rated for the equipment and outdoor conditions.
• Customers must not operate the machine near electrical hazards, open flames, vehicles in motion, or other unsafe conditions.
• Customers are responsible for obtaining permission to use the selected property or venue.

4. Foam Solution Requirements

• Only the foam solution supplied by Big Fun Party Company or a solution specifically approved for the machine may be used.
• Customers must follow the manufacturer’s instructions for mixing, dilution, and use.
• Do not add soap, detergents, chemicals, fragrances, dyes, or other substances to the foam solution.
• Foam solution must not be consumed or intentionally placed in the eyes or mouth.
• Customers must follow the product label’s precautions and keep foam solution packets out of the reach of young children.
• Additional foam solution may be purchased separately if available.

5. Safety and Supervision

• A responsible adult must supervise children at all times during the foam party.
• The foam area can become slippery. Guests must walk carefully and avoid running, pushing, diving, or rough play.
• Keep foam away from stairs, entrances, public walkways, roads, parking areas, and other locations where reduced visibility or slippery conditions could create hazards.
• Guests should avoid getting foam in their eyes or mouth. If irritation occurs, stop participation and follow the foam solution manufacturer’s first-aid instructions.
• Anyone experiencing skin or eye irritation, breathing difficulty, or another adverse reaction should leave the foam area immediately. Seek appropriate medical assistance if needed.
• Guests with known sensitivities to the foam solution’s ingredients should avoid exposure.
• The foam machine must be kept out of reach of children during operation. Children must not operate, adjust, unplug, or attempt to repair the equipment.
• Stop the activity immediately if unsafe conditions develop.

6. Water, Drainage, and Cleanup

• Customers are responsible for choosing a location that can safely accommodate the water and foam produced during the event.
• Before operating the machine, ensure that the area has suitable drainage and that foam or runoff will not enter buildings, neighboring properties, storm drains, or environmentally sensitive areas where prohibited.
• Customers must comply with applicable local water-use, wastewater, and environmental requirements.
• Avoid using the foam machine on surfaces where moisture could cause damage, including untreated wood, sensitive flooring, or other materials not suitable for wet conditions.
• Customers are responsible for ordinary cleanup of the event area and any foam residue resulting from their use of the equipment.
• Additional cleaning charges may apply for excessive mess or cleanup beyond normal use when permitted by the booking terms.

7. Optional Inflatable Pool Policy

If an inflatable pool is included with the reservation:

• The pool must be set up on a suitable, level surface and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times around the pool.
• Never leave a child unattended in or near the pool, even if the water is shallow.
• The pool must not be overfilled or used beyond its intended capacity.
• Do not use the pool if it is damaged, unstable, or leaking.
• Customers must follow all applicable pool safety requirements and ensure that the pool and surrounding area remain safe.
• The customer must empty, clean, or otherwise prepare the pool for return as directed by Big Fun Party Company.

8. Weather Conditions

• Foam parties are generally best suited to suitable outdoor weather conditions.
• Customers must monitor weather conditions and discontinue use during lightning, severe weather, high winds, or other unsafe conditions.
• The machine must be protected from rain and water exposure in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.
• Big Fun Party Company may require the event to be postponed or stopped if conditions create a safety risk or may damage the equipment.
• Weather-related cancellations, rescheduling, credits, or refunds will be handled according to the cancellation terms provided during booking.

9. Equipment Care and Damage

• Customers must use the foam machine only for its intended purpose and according to the instructions provided.
• Do not disassemble, modify, tamper with, or attempt to repair the machine.
• The equipment must be protected from theft, vandalism, impacts, improper handling, and unauthorized use.
• Customers must promptly report equipment malfunctions, missing items, or damage.
• Customers may be responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for repair or replacement costs resulting from loss, negligence, misuse, or damage caused by the customer or their guests.
• Normal wear and tear and equipment failures not caused by the customer will not automatically result in damage charges.

10. Electrical Safety and Equipment Malfunctions

• Keep electrical components and connections dry and away from foam and water.
• Do not touch electrical equipment with wet hands or while standing in water.
• If the machine trips a breaker, emits an unusual smell, makes abnormal noises, or shows signs of electrical or mechanical problems, stop using it immediately.
• Disconnect power only when it is safe to do so and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Contact Big Fun Party Company for assistance. Customers must not attempt unauthorized repairs.

11. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to Big Fun Party Company.
• Deposit refundability, cancellation fees, and rescheduling eligibility are governed by the terms provided at booking.
• Rescheduling is subject to equipment availability.
• If Big Fun Party Company cannot provide the reserved equipment, the company will communicate the available rescheduling or refund options in accordance with the booking terms and applicable law.

12. Liability and Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for selecting a suitable location, following operating instructions, and ensuring that guests follow the applicable safety rules.
• Foam and water can make surfaces slippery and may create risks of falls, eye irritation, or other injuries.
• Customers must take reasonable precautions to protect participants, property, and surrounding areas.
• Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
• Any separate rental agreement, assumption-of-risk document, or liability waiver must be reviewed and accepted where applicable.

13. Right to Stop Operation

Big Fun Party Company may require the foam machine to be shut down if:

• The machine is being used improperly.
• Electrical or other safety hazards develop.
• Children or guests are engaging in dangerous behavior.
• Weather conditions become unsafe.
• The equipment is damaged or malfunctioning.
• The customer fails to follow reasonable safety instructions.

The safety of guests, staff, and property takes priority over continued operation.

14. Acceptance of Policy

By booking the Foam Machine Rental, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agree to these rental policies, along with the applicable booking confirmation and rental agreement.
